Flag Family Media is growing, and accepting applications for a full time Office Coordinator to work in our family owned broadcasting company.
This position is responsible for managing several important pieces of our operation. If you are looking for variety in your day, this is an excellent position. You would perform a number of important tasks while manning a low traffic reception area.
You will help with general office logistics, processing orders from our sales team, attending to our online store, processing client payments, and arranging commercial traffic into our broadcast day.
Qualified candidates will have computer experience and a minimum of a high school degree / GED. Experience with Excel, Word and Traffic scheduling is a plus. Experience in the Media & Entertainment business is preferred. You must be detail-oriented for this high capacity position, and be able to meet daily deadlines.
