KQLX (AgNews 890) and Ag Central Radio Network in Fargo has an immediate opening for a part-time broadcaster. This position will have on-air duties and production. Generate ag news content through interviews and covering news, events and stories related to farming and agriculture in our region . - Knowledge of and a passion for agriculture a plus.
- On air & general knowledge of radio programs is great, but not required.
- Research stories, gather news and conduct interviews.
- Will attend ag shows , meetings and events occasionally.
- Strong speaking , written and communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and a positive attitude.
Licensing Requirements:
- Must have a current driver’s license and good driving record.
