The right individual will exhibit exceptional leadership ability and a proven track record of successful and innovative solutions to accomplish the Company’s long-range goals, strategies, plans and objectives.
This position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to these markets ensuring continual growth and development of a skilled and motivated workforce.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years ofradio management experience along with proven leadership skills in a competitive environment, strong financial and budgetary skills, team orientation,as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The ability to motivate others and work under pressure is required.
