Government agencies and non-profit organizations are able to contract with NDBA to run specified announcements. The program guarantees a minimum number of announcements over a specified period of time. It also guarantees that these announcements are aired throughout the broadcast day to ensure the broadest audience possible. NDBA members run the announcements voluntarily, and at no charge.<\/p><div class=\"fl-module fl-module-rich-text fl-node-7rwtg5l8z30h\" data-node=\"7rwtg5l8z30h\"><div class=\"fl-module-content fl-node-content\"><div class=\"fl-rich-text\"><p><em><strong>Guidelines for the PEP Program<\/strong><\/em><\/p><ul><li>The Program is available to government agencies or non-profit groups.<\/li><li>NDBA guarantees participation by at least 70% of its commercial members.<\/li><li>Announcements must be public service in nature.<\/li><li>Announcements must be 30 second spots for TV and 30 or 60 second spots for radio (:30 preferred).<\/li><li>Announcements must have a tag line with the words \u201csponsored by\u2026\u201d or \u201cpaid for by \u2026\u201d to meet legal ID requirements.\u00a0 (Preferred Tag:\u00a0 \u201c\u2026sponsored by\u00a0<em>client name<\/em> and aired in cooperation with the North Dakota Broadcasters Association and this station.\u201d)<\/li><li>Production and tape dubbing are the responsibility of the agency involved.<\/li><li>NDBA provides for distribution and traffic instructions to participating stations.<\/li><li>Stations file affidavits of performance at the end of each month.
